At further meeting of the Advisory Committee today, Sub-committee appointed including Australia on the understanding that the Subcommittee only instrument of full committee to facilitate and expedite work and that the Sub-committee will submit report before the rising of the Assembly of the League of Nations on Tuesday next. China submitted and endeavoured to have resolution condemning Japan debated by the full committee. This however referred to the Subcommittee which immediately met, and adjourned after an hour’s discussion till tomorrow morning for the preparation of memorandum giving resume of facts of the position as ascertainable from published documents statements and speeches of both parties and embodying summary of treaty undertakings and obligations.
