Without Agendum Commitments involved in Signature of General Agreement, Cable ITO210.
It was decided that the Delegation should be informed that the Government was not prepared to accept the signature of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade at Geneva as a commitment to submit it to Parliament for approval.
