Moscow Conference.

1. As matters under discussion by Council of Foreign Ministers are of the first importance, we desire you to secure maximum information as to progress of conference and to press Australian views. In particular, we assume United Kingdom delegation will keep you fully informed of all decisions and you should send a daily report.

2. We understand from London that basic documents have been forwarded to you but our immediately following telegram sets out main points which we have made in recent weeks to United Kingdom to other Governments. If you are in doubt as to our attitude on any special points which arise, please cable.
