Indonesian representative has told State Department he fears Dutch will take military action in December after General Assembly adjourns. [2] He has warned against over optimism on the outcome of visit of Stikker and Sassen to Java.
2. Indian Embassy has informed State Department that Indian Government also fears resumption of Police action and has urged United States to bring further pressure on Dutch.
3. Glad of your brief assessment of the position in the light of Stikker-Hatta conversations and Stikker’s return to Batavia.
