We understand U.S. Delegation instructed seek meeting Monday Indonesia and would like Australia to be associated with them.
Please take steps to have Australia actively associated with move and we shall advise by noon Paris time attitude to be adopted in Security Council. Please give all possible advice regarding U.S.
and U.K. attitudes. We shall probably follow up initial action and seek first cease fire, and second order to implement Good Offices Committee recommendations and backed by some form of pressure under Article 41.
