1. Australian Press is quoting report of Wells, New York Times Correspondent in London, claiming British Officials feel Dutch action now proved to be right. This may be inspired and in view of weakness of United Kingdom attitude and contrast noted by Menon between public and private statements in Dutch it calls for immediate official United Kingdom denial.
2. You should continue to impress on British that their own interests as well as those of the United Nations depends on them following principles in this matter.
