In connection with conclusion of agreement on oil concession, Commonwealth Government is most grateful to you for your representations and unremitting efforts to achieve a satisfactory result. I would also be glad if you would convey my thanks and appreciation to the members of your staff and the Consulate officers who were concerned in these negotiations.
