Thank you for the information furnished. In view of the questions of principle which we have expressed in regard to the control of Australian forces and territories, we are reading these decisions at this stage as subject to whatever reservations may be necessary to meet our viewpoint, agreement on which will be reached from the exchange of views that is proceeding on the inter-Governmental level and through the staff discussions in London and Manila.
