Reference Dominions Office Telegram D.39 [1], refugees. We are interested from migration angle particularly. Since we are not on Economic and Social Council, endeavour should be made during Assembly discussion to secure Australian representation on any organ set up to handle refugees which might have migration leaning of interest to Australia.
